Design & Manufacture of PCCP
(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe)
PBUK designs and supplies pipe making equipment, machinery, plant design and layout for the production of lined and embedded cylinder pipe (LCP & ECP). Plant design reflects the customers requirements in terms of pipe diameter, diameter range, output, product type and local conditions. Diameter ranges are typically as follows.
400 - 1500 mm LCP
900 - 2400 mm ECP
1400 - 4000 mm ECP
Standard pipe lengths are typically 6m but may vary between 5m and 7.5m. Plant design and layout accurately reflects more than five decades of our own pipe manufacturing experience and the design and start up of plants for other producers. Services include:
