Price Brothers (UK) Ltd are pleased to announce the acquisition of the operating subsidiaries of Jason Consultants Group Ltd by their parent company, Pure Technologies Group. Jason is a specialist consultancy focused on underground infrastructure engineering and technology and will continue to operate as Jason Consultants Ltd but as a subsidiary to Price Brothers (UK) Ltd.
PBUK announce that their Libyan client, Al Nahr Company (ANC), has recently been awarded by the Great Man Made River Authority (GMRA) the contract for the engineering and construction of Al Kufra lift pump station, Sarir-Sirte booster pump station, Sirte 2 booster pump station and associated tanks, power supplies and controls. As a consequence of this, and the close working relationship between the companies, ANC have requested PBUK to provide professional assistance to them in Libya during the construction period.
